Shipping & Delivery Policy
– Once we process your order, the products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
– After the products pass the final round of quality checks, they are packed diligently and handed over to one of our delivery partners.
– Our delivery partner will deliver the package to you at the earliest possible date. In case, they are unable to deliver the package at your address, they will contact you on the number provided by you at the time of placing your order.
– The packaging is discreet.Â
DELIVERY:
- We ship across 25,000+ pin-codes, reaching your doorstep in 4-10 business days.
- Orders are packaged securely to ensure perfect condition upon arrival.
- Shipment is initiated within 24-48 hours of order receipt, under normal circumstances.
- Operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 10am – 6pm; orders processed and dispatched only during these times.
- Delivery timelines quoted do not include weekends or regional/national holidays.
- Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of order placement, not liable for errors in delivery address.
- Courier attempts delivery thrice; shall call the registered number for convenient delivery time.
- Option to specify a different delivery address from billing address when ordering.

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the specified timeline, it might get delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances or any contingency, natural calamity etc. In that case, we would not be able to always guarantee timely delivery in the stipulated time or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timeline.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
International delivery is available for our products, and we request you to check with us through Email at [email protected] or call us at +917011958447 before placing an order. Delivery costs are calculated according to the product quantity and weight, as well as the country it is being shipped to. Please note that the cost of logistics for the order as well as returns or replacements (if required) will be separate and is to be borne by you.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
We provide a tracking number on dispatch of your order so that you can track the progress of your delivery. You can also use the ‘Track my Shipment’ option on the website to check the status of your order once it has been shipped. ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
You can reach out to our Customer Support Team to help you with cancelling the order via Whatsapp at +917011958447 or Email at [email protected]. Please note: you can only cancel the order up to the time it is in the Ready to Ship Status or before the order is shipped within 24hrs.
We’re extremely sorry if the package has already been shipped out and is in transit, such orders cannot be cancelled. Please do not accept the package in case you do not need it any longer. Once received at our end, we will cancel the order and your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days after the product reaches us.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL:
Under The Sun cannot be held liable for any failure to deliver products, or any delay in delivery or for any damaged or defective products delivered that is caused due to any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation to strikes, lockdowns and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, floods, fire, explosion or accident and bad climate or weather. However, if such circumstances arise, do contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue for you.
