How and why should I register?
Registering for the first time is very easy. Click on the ‘Account’ button at the top right of the page, and select the ‘Register’ button.
Registration is not obligatory to explore and shop on the site. However, creating an account gives you access to some benefits: creating Wishlist’s, saving items in your shopping cart for later, saving your personal and payment details for faster check-out and for any offers those might be introduced.
Do products online look accurate or as those are in the pictures ?
Under The Sun has endeavoured to optimise the accuracy of all product images and colours featured on the site as much as possible. However, the display of product colours depends significantly on the user’s computer monitor and we cannot guarantee the level of accuracy achieved on every individual user’s monitor.
Why are some products those are “Out of Stock” still showing?
As some of our products are produced in limited quantities and may run out of stock, we constantly update the site with the latest product availability. Some those are listed under Out of Stock might be available again soon.
Although we cannot always guarantee the availability of all products, our Customer care team would be happy to assist you if you are looking for a particular product and find it as listed Out of Stock
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
We aim to ship out orders from our warehouse located in Delhi, within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order. After we ship your package, depending on your address it will take between 2 to 7 business days to reach you. As soon as the order is shipped out from our facility, you will receive an email confirmation with the order tracking ID, which you can use to track your order until it reaches you. In case you do not receive your package on time, send us an email at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at +917011958447 with your Order ID and we shall update you.
How can I find my shipment status or track my order?
Once we ship your package through our logistics partners, you will receive another email, which has the tracking ID along with a link, which you can use to track your order until it reaches you.

If you receive a notification that your order has been delivered but you haven't received the order, please reach out to us immediately so that we can take this up with our logistics partners and get your order delivered to you on priority.
I get a message that delivery was attempted, however, neither did I get any call, nor any delivery agent delivered the package. What should I do?
For your order shipments, we partner with third-party courier companies who ensure the products are delivered to you once your package leaves our warehouse. In case you face any issues with your final delivery such as incorrect remarks on delivery attempts by the courier company, contact us through email at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at +917011958447, by sending us your Order ID along with the issue you are facing. We will raise the issue with the concerned courier company and do our best to ensure your order gets delivered.
What if I am not available when delivery is attempted?
Our courier partner will attempt the pick-up 3 times. You will receive a phone call from our partner before an attempt and you can let them know your convenient time for the pickup. If it is still an issue, feel free to contact us at [email protected] or call us at +917011958447.

I am unable to finalise my size, can you help please?
We have comprehensive size guides available on our site, against each product to help you decide which size is the correct one for you. As regards Bra’s, in addition to the Size Guide, there is a Blog on the site which helps you to determine your correct size. If you still feel like you might be unsure, we have a 100% fulfillment guarantee that covers the very first replacements (one piece of underwear) that you buy on your first order. In case you find that you have any style or size issues, we will replace the first pair for you - no questions asked!
Is it safe to make online payments using Cards, Net Banking and UPI’s ?
All payments (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI and wallet transactions) are processed over a secure encrypted connection through our payments gateway partner. We take your privacy and personal information very seriously, all information we collect from you is stored on secure and state-of-the-art encrypted servers. Payment-related information such as bank account details or credit/debit card numbers, UPI ID, and wallet information, which is essential to completing the purchase on our online store are not received by us. This is collected via secured payment service providers (such as CC AVENUE) and is not stored on our servers.
