Under The Sun shall provide a replacement in case of a size or style issue if you are not satisfied with your first product, please note, for first product only. If you have any issues, please contact us within 07 days of receiving your order and we shall initiate the process of replacement. Please note that this fulfilment guarantee only applies to your first purchase of any Underwear or Bra or Bralette or Accessories. Also note that item to be replaced should not have been tampered with, should not have been washed at all, labels should be intact, packaging should be in the condition as was received and garment should not have been soiled or dirtied in any manner.

Replacement Guarantee: –
On your first purchase – If you face any size or style-related issues with any product you have purchased from us, we would be happy to replace it for you with a different size or style once you return the product you bought. For replacement, the garment should be returned in the same condition as you had received it in, that is without any tampering, washing, soiling of the product as well as packaging. We will provide a replacement for that first product alone as required by you. This is applicable on your first purchase of Underwear or Bralette or Bra. On your subsequent purchases, replacement will not be applicable due to hygiene reasons as it is an intimate product.
Replacement items will be delivered free within India. While picking up the item to be replaced, if the address is not serviceable, you will be asked to ship the products at your own cost. If replacement pick-up fails due to the recipient’s absence or premises being locked, the customer must pay additional shipping costs for both the new shipment and return.
Return For Replacement:
To get a replacement (First Purchase Only) email us your Order ID and the reason for a replacement. We shall confirm the replacement and only after you receive our confirmation for the return, we will initiate a reverse pickup for the products from your address. We will then arrange for the replacement of the desired items. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return or replacement without our confirmation. Returns for replacement will be accepted within 07 days of the product being delivered and only if the products have not been tampered with, not washed, not dirtied and soiled and packaging is intact. After the products are returned and received at the facility and the products pass the quality check, the replacement package containing the replacement products will be shipped. This will apply to all our products for your first purchase.
In case any, one or all the products returned by you do not pass our quality check i.e. they are deemed to have been tried, used, worn or washed even once; we will not be able to process a replacement for the same.
Missing / Wrong / Damaged Products Received:
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that the wrong item is delivered to you.
In the case of damaged/wrong product(s) being delivered, please send us an email at [email protected] along with a few images of the products received. We will ship out a replacement to you or provide a refund for the same, using the payment method used while placing the order after we receive confirmation from your side. In case your shipment is not delivered or is missing, please report within 7 days.
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return/refund of an item is made within the stipulated time frame of 07 days of receiving the products. No returns, replacements or refunds will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
