SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

➤ Once we process your order, the products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

➤ After the products pass the final round of quality checks, they are packed diligently and handed over to one of our delivery partners.

➤ Our delivery partner will deliver the package to you at the earliest possible date. In case they are unable to deliver the package at your address, they will contact you on the number provided by you at the time of placing your order.

➤ The packaging is discreet.

DELIVERY

➤ We ship across 25,000+ pin-codes, reaching your doorstep in 4–10 business days.

➤ Orders are packaged securely to ensure perfect condition upon arrival.

➤ Shipment is initiated within 24–48 hours of order receipt, under normal circumstances.

➤ Operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 10am – 6pm; orders processed and dispatched only during these times.

➤ Delivery timelines quoted do not include weekends or regional/national holidays.

➤ Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of order placement; we are not liable for errors in the delivery address.

➤ Courier attempts delivery thrice and shall call the registered number to coordinate a convenient delivery time.

➤ Option to specify a different delivery address from the billing address when ordering.

➤ While we make every effort to deliver your order within the specified timeline, it might get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or contingencies such as natural calamities. In such cases, we cannot always guarantee timely delivery or accept liability for delays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

➤ Delivery costs are calculated based on product quantity, weight, and destination country. The cost of logistics for international orders, including returns or replacements, will be borne by the customer.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

➤ We provide a tracking number upon dispatch so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

➤ You may cancel your order by contacting Customer Support via WhatsApp at +917011958447 or by email.

➤ Orders can only be canceled before they are marked “Ready to Ship” or within 24 hours of placement.

➤ If the package has already been shipped and is in transit, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, please refuse the package upon delivery. Once returned to us, we will cancel the order and process your refund within 5–7 working days.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

➤ Under The Sun is not liable for any delivery failure, delays, or damages caused by events beyond our control including, but not limited to, strikes, lockdowns, system failures, weather issues, and accidents.
